Ian Mclean will direct all software development and product strategy in the position of Chief Technology Officer; while Danny Gal will head up the commercial arm of the business in the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer.

Ian has worked in the technology industry for 20 years, primarily for companies in the finance sector. He has extensive experience of building and fine-tuning high performing technology teams, working on large scale applications for global financial and retail clients. Most recently Ian was Director of IT for Covéa Insurance where he was responsible for the strategic delivery of technology solutions within the Commercial and Protection business areas, as well as company-wide IT security, infrastructure and support.
Danny has extensive commercial management experience in the finance sector. Prior to joining Validis, Danny spent 7 years at Thomson Reuters in various management roles across their Risk and Tax Accounting Businesses. Most recently he was responsible for managing the team dedicated to supporting clients with tax enablement.
