Validis Now Connects to QuickBooks Online
18 Nov 2016

Austin TX, November 18, 2016 – Today, cloud-based software provider Validis, announced it has expanded its SMB accounting application market coverage with the release of its new QuickBooks Online connector.

QuickBooks Online is used by over 1.5 million users, and the release of this new connector means that auditors who use Validis can now access and service this wide customer-base quickly and securely.

Validis cloud-based software connects to the SME’s QuickBooks Online application, extracts their data, encrypts the information, and interrogates it for accuracy.  Validis then transforms the data into over 80% of the working papers necessary for engagements such as audits, reviews, compilations and much more. The financial reports can be downloaded into Excel or ported into a workflow program for further analysis.

Our software also enables auditors to conduct continuous audit monitoring. The addition of the QuickBooks Online connector extends the powerful reporting and auditing capabilities of Validis to smaller businesses.  With the addition of this connector, Validis connects to over 70% of the SMB market accounting applications.

Validis’ financial data intelligence provides a 25%-time savings on engagements for auditors. Additional benefits include: increased efficiencies, increased data quality, data analytics, a dynamic user interface with double entry level drill down capability, and a single, easy to use platform that allows authorized users to manage multiple clients.

“The Validis application is delivering huge value to our customers as we automate the data gathering, report building and analysis of an audit or review. The clients that have gone live this year are seeing immediate improvements to audit efficiency and audit quality. We remain focused on expanding our coverage of the market by adding connectors, and the QuickBooks Online connector allows access to a lot of new end users. We are now in testing with Addon, CYMA, Dynamics AX and SL and looking now into vertical market applications with not for profit a likely first given our release of not for profit working papers.” – Joel Curry, US General Manager
